Hi, I’m Malaika Sarco-Thomas — a lifelong dancer, martial artist, and mom who knows what it’s like to feel strong and completely frazzled.
 

I created 4 Minutes to Fabulous because I needed it myself.

After becoming a mother, I was desperate to feel vital again — but I had no time, no energy, and a body that didn’t respond the way it used to. I didn’t want another fitness program that made me feel like I was failing. I wanted something realistic, fun, and effective — something I could do even with a baby in one arm.

Here’s what I bring to this program:

  • Over 17 years teaching movement in universities

  • A PhD in contemporary dance training

  • 35+ years of experience in dance and somatics

  • Real-life experience navigating postpartum recovery

  • Coaching work with women at every life stage — from trying to conceive to menopause

  • A love of soul music, 80s/90s jams, and keeping movement joyful.
